On the G8 2008, the eight countries accepted to aim a reduction of 50% of greenhouse gases before 2050. George W. Bush finally backed off on his position to not establish objective without China and India. This agreement is not showing specific numbers for each country of the G8 or doesn’t have any reference year for calculation. The innovating idea is that industrialized countries sense the urge to act first on the issue and plan to bring China and India only after they initiate it.
